ABOUT VESSEL

The “Superferry” Basto VI is delivered to Basto-Fosen for Moss-Horten route which is the busiest ferry route of Norway. The vessel has unique engine configuration which is developed by GE contains two off IMO TIER III medium speed engines without SCR System. The system is not requiring any urea tank which very important item for vessel operation. The vessel has 200 car capacity with only one deck and she is the longest double ended ferry in Norwegian waters.
