NB48 Windfarm Service Vessel was recently delivered for Esvagt A/S. The vessel to be service to more than 100 offshore wind turbines on 165 MW Nobelwind and Belwind1 OWFs in Belgian waters for MHI Vestas under 10-years charter deal.
The vessel is categorized as SOV, classed by BV with CleanShip Super notation and equipped with dynamic positioning technology, Esvagts’s uniq safe transfer boats and 36 person including 22 special personnel accommodation facilities.
Design of the vessel is specialized on operation and maintenance base, safe and efficient transfer of personnel from the vessel to turbines as well as energy and fuel optimized solutions with navigation and manoeuvrability on the operation areas as Havyard 831 SOV design.
Main size properties of the vessel is designed according to versatility concept with 58,5 meters length, 16,6 meters beam provides app. 12 knots speed with diesel-electric solution.
