NB1095 “Wind King”, an advanced wind farm support vessel built at Cemre Shipyard in collaboration with GC Rieber Shipping and LMG Marin, is launched today after a very successful operation.
With its SWATH (Small Water Area Twin Hull) design, Wind King offers outstanding operability, ultra-low fuel consumption, and even the potential for fully electric operation.
Measuring 57 m in length, the vessel is built to DNV class rules and is equipped with Walk-to-Work and DPS(2) notations.
Its hybrid diesel-electric propulsion enhances safety, reduces operating costs, improves lifecycle performance, and minimizes environmental impact.
