Cemre Shipyard delivered the fully battery-driven ferry-boat NB68 TUSTNA. The delivery process of the sister vessel NB69 GRIP is still ongoing at Cemre II.

These days it's not possible to stand idle as the world has to take precautions in terms of technology through the environmental crisis threat, NB68 TUSTNA will serve in Norwegian seas with her clean, environmental-friendly technology.

The vessel is equipped with a battery system with a storage capacity of approx. 2 x 1000 kWh, besides that its Waste Energy Management System is used for more efficiency and higher energy savings.  

The 95,6 m long ferry is double-ended which makes it possible to load and unload on both ends. The ferry has 80 cars and 399 passengers capacity.
